My first car - 1978

At this time I was about to be a freshman in high school. This is my first car/project before I get my driver’s license! It had a 440 Wildcat motor. I forget where I found her, but after begging and revealing I would surely die without this car, my dad gave in and bought the old clunker for me. One of the most exciting times ever. I worked that summer at B&M Woodworks with my best friend (best man too) Bobby. With money earned I put the mag wheels and tires on her, dressed up the interior and polished down the motor. Unfortunately, I found out a little too late, the oil pressure was crap and it needed a new motor.
