Dad eventually traded the Jaguar in for this beautiful car. About $2,500 at the time. How could we know today, it would be the most sought after corvette going for well over $250,000, OK shape. It needed its paint freshened up so we took her to Earl Shibe in Houston and got her a fancy new paint job. Dad decided he didn't love the car because the split window in the back made for a huge blind spot and most of all, he missed his convertible top being down! This was a no A/C car. Got toasty in there.
